Returns

We allow returns on all orders within 30 days of order delivery.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please send us a message and we will work with you to find a replacement item that works for you.  Please reach out to us so we can figure out a resolution that will make you happy.  We do not issue refunds for the initial shipping fee charged at time of order.  Please contact us by sending an email to hello@vitalsupplystore.com and a member of our team will work to resolve your issue.
